Service Description

Full Wedding Planning Service- The stress free option! Be involved as much or as little as you wish! Your wedding planner will meet with the bride 4 to 5 times along with texting, email, and phone communication throughout the process! Your wedding planner provides vendor referrals and negotiates contracts; schedules and attends all vendor meetings. Designs your wedding look and executes the details. Creates detailed timelines and floor plans. She also helps determine and manage your budget. Meeting #1- ( 2 hours) Bring your budget and ideas to the planner! She will take these ideas and research the best options for your budget! She contacts and set up meetings with local fitting vendors for pricing, contract review, and availability! Meeting #2- (3 to 4 hours) Your planner brings all the options to the table! This meeting is used to go over vendor information, as well as, designing your wedding décor! Meeting #3-(2 hours) Timeline and set up details! During this meeting, your planner will go over the external details and set up the timeline for the day! At this meeting the guest list will need to be provided for save the dates and invitations! Meeting #4-(2 hours) The Wedding Review! Your planner will walk you through each detail of your big day to ensure we have your day planned just the way you want it! Behind the scenes: Our planners send on average 260 hours per wedding! We limit our wedding planning to 2 per season (spring/summer/fall/winter) because we want to be devoted and available to you 24/7! This means our phone is always on waiting to answer your questions! Duties entail: -Knowing and sticking to your budget -Research and book vendors -Attend venue walk throughs -Schedules taste testing with caterer and cake -Ensures vendors are paid on time -Plans ceremony and reception details and/or shuffles -Designs your wedding alongside you -Schedule nail and hair appointments -Orders all custom items -Helps plan ahead all small details -Helps design your save the dates and invites -Helps send out invites -Sends reminders for the external details including groomsmen’s fittings etc -Puts together timelines -Puts together job lists and itineraries for the wedding day -Schedules and books itineraries for out-of-town guests -Books hotel blocks and transportation -Plays firefighter-puts out “fires” that arrive during the planning process and wedding weekend -Will help plan bridal showers if needed -Puts together “ask” gifts and wedding gifts
