Your coordinator will meet with you one time 4 weeks prior to your wedding to gather the details and contact information of your vendors. She becomes the point of contact for your wedding day! Day of Coordination duties entail: -POINT OF CONTACT for the wedding day -Executes schedules and keeps the party on track -Does a venue walk through to ensure all details are in place and executes a plan an issue arises -Knowing your wedding vision inside and out -Knowing and contacting vendors prior to the day of -Takes all vendor calls the day of -Coordinates both the rehearsal and the wedding -Helps buffer chatty guests -Ensures all vendors are on time and in place -Delegates tasks and errands throughout the day -Is visible and easily accessible for all questions to be directed
